Each variety offers a unique expression of this exceptional terroir: KP delights with standout acidity, chocolate, caramel, and floral notes in a clean, well-balanced cup; N39 is full-bodied and sweet, with chocolate, caramel, and a bright lemony finish; and Batian charms with floral and nutty hints, smooth chocolate undertones, and a lingering, sweet aftertaste. Together, they capture the richness and diversity of Kilimanjaro’s coffee-growing slopes.

PROCESSING
The Cherrys are handpicked at its optimal ripeness to ensure peak flavor and quality. Once harvested, the cherries undergo a meticulous washing process, where the outer fruit is removed using clean, fresh water. This method enhances the clarity and brightness of the cup, highlighting the bean’s natural characteristics while maintaining consistency and cleanliness throughout the batch. Being involved at every step, from the soil to shipping, allows us to ensure complete transparency and consistent quality.

1 HARVESTING
Our coffee is hand-picked to ensure only the finest cherries are selected.
2 WET PROCESSING
Cherries are pulped, fermented, washed, and graded.
3 DRYING
Our beans are sun-dried and hand-turned until they reach 10.5% moisture.
4 DRY MILL
After drying, our beans are hulled and sorted by size, weight, and grade.
5 QUALITY CONTROL
Our Q Grader blends each coffee for optimal flavor and quality.
COFFEE WITH A CLEAR CONSCIENCE
Unlike much of the industry, we don’t rely on middlemen. By working closely with farmers in Tanzania, we oversee every step of the journey from cultivation to export. This direct approach ensures full traceability from farm to cup, fair and stable pricing for farmers, and consistently high-quality coffee for our partners. Our model is built on ethical, transparent practices that put both people and the planet first. Whether sourcing green beans or creating a private label, we offer not just premium coffee, but a meaningful story your brand can proudly share.
Our connection to Tanzania runs deep, rooted in years of family history, travel, and relationships with the people and land. As long-time coffee enthusiasts, we were inspired by the region’s altitude, volcanic soil, and exceptional quality. What began as a meaningful visit became a long-term commitment, leading us to establish coffee on the southern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. There, the tropical mountain climate, rich soil, natural water sources, and ideal elevation create the perfect conditions for exceptional Arabica coffee.
As part of our long-term commitment to the region, we believe that business should benefit everyone it touches not just the end consumer. That’s why we’re partnering with local schools and orphanages near our farm to support education, especially for young girls. In many rural areas, girls often face barriers to finishing school due to financial hardship or social expectations. We’re working to change that by funding school supplies, uniforms, and tuition support to help more girls stay in school and build their futures with confidence. This isn’t charity. It’s partnership. It’s reinvestment. And it’s at the heart of everything we do.
